Development methodology
We use an agile programming methodology and a strong co-creation process towards incremental software development throughout the project.Our design process is very much focused on human-centered design to ensure the users’ UX needs are met in parallel with the client’s outcome objectives. Given our agile software development approach, there will be frequent rounds of testing with “real-case” users identified by the client, with feedback collection to understand their unique user journeys. In order to validate the design and navigation flow of the app, there would be three rounds of design, which involve the production of interactive wireframes/mockups for each round and a final design proposal.

Co-creation sessions

Iteration sessions
We provide a mock up with the most importan features so that you can test a demo of the final version before starting to develop. This way we can detect pain points and fix them.
Development status meetings
We meet to show how development is going a to help you to deliver the materials we need to continue the development in the scheduled time.
